Login to the password reset portal:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Navigate to https://passwordreset.navitas.com
3. Enter your username. Usually in a firstname.surname (John.Smith) or FirstnameInitial
(JohnS). This is the same username that you use to sign in to your computer.
4. Select your domain using the Log On To drop down box.
5. If you have already enrolled you will be directed to the change password page.
6. If you are logging in for the first time you will be automatically re-directed to the
enrolment page.
Setup security questions and answers:
1. Login to https://passwordreset.navitas.com
2. Go to the Enrolment tab.
3. Select the Security Questions tab.
4. Choose two questions from the drop down lists.
5. Provide the answers to the two questions.
6. Think of a custom question and type it in the third question box. E.g. What is the
date of your wedding anniversary?
7. Provide an answer for your custom question.
8. Click Enroll.
9. You will receive a confirmation that you have successfully registered.
10. You can close the browser.
